Home Office Leaders
Darlene McNulty
As mother/in law to Kaycie & Michelle, Dar's whole heart is in this business. She has been through all the stages of growth, and has been a huge part of making LE what it is today. Her daily duties include a little bit of anything and everything. She is the heartbeat of everything behind the scenes. Dar is blessed with 4 children of her own, and 16 grandchildren. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family & friends, and also likes a good glass of wine.
Julie
Olsen
Julie consistently steps up to the plate with whatever is needed at LE. She has a huge heart, is great at filling in at many different positions and does a great job. She especially loves talking with people and making them smile. She has 4 children, and 2 little dogs. She enjoys spending her free time with family and friends, and watching her kids play sports.
Creator Support
Jodi
Williams
Jodi has a special tie with LE, because she was one of our very first consultants back in 2011. We hired her direct in 2015, because we knew she had what it would take to be a great support staff for our field. What she loves most about her job is helping Creators reach their goals, and then celebrating with them when they do. She has 3 teenage boys at home, and in her free time she enjoys doing puzzles, playing games, and watching her boys in their band & sporting events.
Alyssa
Berens
Alyssa is our part time Social Media Coordinator and she has been with us for over 3 years! She married her best friend in October 2019. She loves spending time with her family and her two dogs. In her free time, she volunteers at church and spends time with Michelle’s kids.

Tia
Tamminga
Tia is a graphic designer for Life Expressions, with a degree from Kendall College of Art and Design. Her knowledge and talent are huge assets to LE, as she is extremely good at what she does and brings lots of great stuff to the table. In her free time, she enjoys hanging out with her two young kiddos.
Grace
Mijos
Grace is a graphic designer for Life Expressions, with a degree from Columbia College Chicago. She loves having the ability to use her creativity while bringing designs to life for Creators & customers. She is happily married, and enjoys singing, traveling, and hanging out with friends and family in her free time.
Logistics Team
Venus
Brown
Venus has been with LE for many years, and is a sister in law to Kaycie & Michelle. She is a very important part of our team as she is a knowledgeable jack of all trades here at LE! This job has given her the opportunity to branch out of her comfort zone, and shine like a star. She has 3 kids that keep her busy. In her free time, she likes spending time with family either watching a movie or hiking.
Laura
Driesenga
Laura works in quality control at LE. She likes the people she works with, and the creative quality of merchandise that we offer. Laura has 2 children of her own, and does foster care as well. In her free time, she likes to read.
Production Team
Nicole
Schut
Nicole is a great asset to our Life Expressions team. She works part time in production. She has 3 beautiful children who keep her & her husband very busy between school and all their extra curricular activities.
Jamie
Kolean
Jamie loves her job at LE because of the people she works with. She has 3 children, and recently became engaged. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family & her cats. She considers herself a "crazy cat lady!"
Grandma
Our favorite part about Tuesday's is when Grandma comes to work! She is Kaycie & Michelle's Grandma, but they love sharing her with the rest of their LE family. She definitely brings the fun out in production, and everyone looks forward to her presence. In her "free time" she can be found running around town meeting friends for dinner, participating in church functions or volunteering at our local Bibles for Mexico.

Amanda enjoys learning all the different things that her position entails, and loves the team she works with. Amanda has 2 kids, and enjoys scrapbooking in her free time.
