Please review our Box Terms carefully and make sure you understand them before enrolling. They contain important and relevant information regarding any Box you may purchase with LE, including renewal and cancellation terms. The LE Craft Club Box is continuous and automatically renews unless you cancel or we terminate your account.
About My Box
What’s in my Craft Club Box?
We provide you the material & supplies you need to make your DIY project. If you are a first-time subscriber, you will also receive a tool kit in your first box that has the essential tools you may need. Keep that handy each month. You may run into some projects that you need home tools such as a screwdriver, hammer, or glue gun. Each box will also include a how-to explanation and video for putting together your project.
Is this a Subscription?
Yes, it is. You have full access and control of your subscription through your online portal where you can update billing, unsubscribe and change personal information. There are no subscription minimums and we send billing reminders each month before your renewal.
Can I choose what’s in my box?
At this time, you can’t choose what is in your box, but we do our best to make it's full of items that everyone will love. It truly is a surprise each month!
Will the items you send me fit my home style?
We do understand that everyone has a favorite decorating personality. Our team of experts work hard to find items that can find a place in any home. We air on the side of neutral but like to throw in “pops of color” that are basic enough to freshen up any room. If you are interested in purchasing your own set of personalized colors that can be used on projects in your box, please reach out to your Creator and they can help you with this!
I can buy these items cheaper at the store. Why should I buy this one?
For starters, our vinyl and wood surfaces are 100% manufactured in the USA. Not only that but when you decide to buy through a Creator, you are supporting someone’s small business- and that is something we are proud of! Our Creators, located nationwide, depend on this business to support their families, so you are literally putting food on someone’s table.
We may not be the “40% off coupon store”, but we sure make it easy by thinking up the project, and sending it to your door!

What if I’m having trouble logging into the website?
We are sorry this is happening! We suggest reaching out to us via email (email@example.com) or by phone (269.264.1210) (8a-4p EST M-F) so someone can help you get back into your account as quickly as possible.
Can I skip a box?
At this time, skipping a box isn’t an option we offer (but let’s be real, we know you won’t want to!). However, we do understand that life happens and you may need to cancel. We would suggest that you just cancel your subscription, but come back as soon as you can!
How do I change my shipping address?
In the event of an address change, just log into your account and find the Craft Box that you would like to change. Click the "View/Edit Box Details" and update/change your information. Any Box changes must be made by the 15th of the month prior to the next ship date. For example, if your next box is scheduled to ship on March 1, you’d need to submit your address change by February 15. We cannot accept responsibility for boxes shipped to the wrong address.
What if I need to change my personal information (last name, city, state, kids, etc). How do I do this?
No problem, just log into your account and click on the "View/Edit Box Details" tab. These changes must be made by the 15th of the month prior to the next ship date. If you have missed the deadline- PLEASE contact our Home Office Staff and we will track down your order and see if we are able to manually make the change for the upcoming shipment. About Ordering, Payments & Shipping
Can my box ship to a PO Box or Military Address?
We are very sorry, but we currently do not ship to PO Boxes and military addresses. We ship via USPS Priority, UPS SurePost, and UPS Ground.
What happens if my address is incorrect in my Subscription account?
If your box is returned to us, we will re-ship it to the correct address for an additional shipping fee. Life Expressions is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Are you able to ship internationally?
At this time, we are not shipping internationally. We ship within the US only.
Can I order past Craft Club Boxes?
If you see a past box that you are interested in, contact a LE Creator. They may be able to get their hands on one for you!
How do I update my payment information?
Log into your account and click on the "View/Edit Box Details“ tab. These changes must be made by the 15th of the month. Please make sure it is updated correctly to ensure you will receive your renewal order.
When will my box ship?
We ship all boxes out on the first of the month. If the first is a weekend (Saturday or Sunday) or a holiday, it will ship the next business day.
When will I be billed?
You will be billed $49.99 on the 16th of every month. Your box will then ship on the first of the upcoming month.
Can I cancel my subscription?
We would be sad to see you go, but yes, canceling your subscription is easy. You just need to log into your account and click the “unsubscribe” button. You must unsubscribe by the 15th of the month, as cards are charged on the 16th.
There are no cancellation fees. Canceling your account does not provide you a refund for any already-paid or shipped boxes, nor does it stop a pending charge.
Can I send an LE Craft Box as a gift?
Sure! And you will be the best gift-giver ever! You will simply enter THEIR shipping address and YOUR billing address when you subscribe. Make sure you make updates to shipping or personalized details for your gift as needed (if your lucky friend has a life change)
Returns and Exchanges
I received my box, but I have items that were damaged. What should I do?
We are so sorry this happened to you. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your box (email@example.com; 269.264.1210 8a-4p EST M-F).
What is the return policy?
Oh no, we are sorry to hear that an item from your box doesn’t fit your home décor or style.
There are currently no returns or substitutions, but we recommend gifting it to a friend or family member that it may be a better fit for.
